Our coaches are driven to give every player they encounter a great experience. We strive to make all of our athletes the best players and people possible. All of our coaches and staff go through rigorous background checks as well as medical and safety training. We are held to the same standards as every volleyball organization in the nation! Our staff is truly what makes us the best club in the state.
Eric Barton
Owner
After 18 years of coaching at the college, high school and middle school levels, Coach Eric has decided to step back from coaching and step into club ownership! His goals for PA Elite are to build the best club in the area who establishes a culture built around hard work, positivity, and overall player development. ct.
Destiny Sensenig
Assistant Director/ 15 National
Destiny has been coaching over the past 10 seasons and is currently coaching for Hempfield Volleyball. She has also coached 6 years at the national club level! Destiny currently coaches our 15 national team in addition to being our technical director. Destinys years of experience make her a huge asset and she allows the club to continue to run smoothly.
Dillon Costrello
Assistant Director/ 17 National
Dillon is the current assistant coach at Dickinson College. He had previously head coached two high school teams for 8 years. Additionally, Dillon has been a national club coach for the past 9 seasons. Dillon brings a ton of passion and has a unique drive for success that shows in the athletes he coaches. Dillon brings playing and coaching experience to PAelite and has a hand in coaching every team in the program and is the head coach of our 17 National team.
Patrick Thomas
18 National
Coach Patrick is back for his fourth season with PAelite! Coach Patrick is an extremely hard working coach who brings fresh ideas and great practices to his teams. He has also the head coach at Solanco High School where he's been for 8 seasons. Coach Patrick always gets the best from his athletes and is an avid student of the ever changing game making sure to give his teams any edge possible.
Reina Eckman
18 National
Coach Reina is back at PAelite for her fourth season! She is also a member of the Octorara volleyball program where she is an alumni. She played all four years in college at Lebanon Valley where she was a crucial part of their offense. Coach Reina is a high level skills coach who can always get her kids to execute.
Matt Crill
17/18 Regional
Coach Matt joins us for his fourth year with PA Elite. Coach Matt does a great job in managing player performance and mindset. With a strong background in both playing and coaching, we are extremely excited to have him with our 17s! Coach Matt is entering the Hempfield Volleyball Hall of Fame this year and we are extremely lucky to have him on our staff.
Lydia Davis
17 National
Coach Lydia is entering her second season as a coach with PAelite, but was a former player for three seasons at the national level. Coach Lydia spent last season coaching at the natioanl club level while also playing for Cecil College. She has dominated on the court for Cecil and hopes to transfer to MIllerville to finish her playing career. She is also an Alumni of Octorara where she was an outside and DS. She is a great addition to our staff and is going to help her athletes thrive.
Kelly Martin
17 Regional
Coach Kelly is in her first season with PAelite as a coach, but is also a former player. She has been coaching at the national club level for two seasons and also helped in the Garden Spot High School Program where she is an alumni! During her school career she was a highly decorated player who helped Garden Spot on many victories seasons. We are very excited to be adding her to the coaching staff.
Alexa Troiano
15 National
Coach Alexa is in her second season with PA Elite! She brings good experience from her previous roles coaching in club as well a ton of experience as a player. Alexa joins or 15 national staff along side our director Destiny. She is an LS alumni where she had a stellar playing career. She puts a lot of time and effort into coaching and we are excited to have her.
Shayna Warfel
17 Select
Shayna is returning as a coach this season for our 17s! She has coached at elite before, helping lead our 13s while she completed her MBA at Bloomsburg University.While spending her time at Bloomsburg, she also was a starter for the Bloomsburg Huskies. She joined the program when it had only been around for two years, and while spending her time there she was able to join the 500 points club, as well as compete in a PSAC playoff tournament while it was only the teams third season competing. She is also a Penn Manor Volleyball Alumni, and has been playing for 10 years. She is ecstatic to be joining the Elite family once again, and ready to share her love of the game with others.
Claire Flood
17 Select
Coach Claire is in her first season coaching at PA Elite and was a PA Elite player in its inaugural season. Claire is the current head coach at Columbia High School. Claire is a former D1 Outside Hitter/Defensive Specialist at The University of Delaware where she led the conference in hitting percentage her freshman year. She is also a Hempfield alumna where she received several state, district and league honors as well as being inducted into the PA Sports hall of fame. She is very excited to share her passion for the sport with her athletes!
Riley Walton
17 Select
This is Coach Rileys first year with PAelite. He brings a lot of experience to the program as a player and coach. He is currently the head coach of the Penn Manor JV Boys team where he is also an alumni. We are excited about adding Riley to a very strong 17s staff.
Meg Gehr
16 National
Coach Meg is taking over 16 National this season and is in her third season with PAelite. Coach Meg played volleyball for 12 years and played college volleyball at Bloomsburg University. Coach Meg is the head coach at Garden Spot high school where she is also an alumni. Coach Meg spent her summers coaching for Gold Medal Squared where she developed her coaching philosophy. She has an amazing passion for coaching and has a special ability to help players truly love the game.
John Gehr
16 National
Coach John is in his third year with PA Elite. He previously coached for the Garden Spot Club team as well as the former J stroke Volleyball Club. He has played volleyball for many years and specializes in game management and mental training. He always helps his athletes gain the mental age and stay tough no matter what the situation.
Faith Shaffer
16 Regional
Coach Faith comes back for her second year with Elite after leading our 15 national team to a top 21 finish in the country at AAU Nationals. As a player she went Spring Grove high school and then attended and played for Susquehanna University where she had a great career. Coach Faith has brought her love and passion for volleyball over to coaching and has a unique ability to always get the best from her players.
Grace Shaffer
16 Regional
Coach Grace played with PAelite from our very beginning. She was an extremely talented DS who played high school for Spring Grove. Coach Faith was a national level DS and setter and her she is excited to use her skills to help her athletes get to the level she would play at.
Anya Fisher
16 Select
Coach Anya is a former PA Elite player who played for us for four seasons. She has a ton of experience playing multiple positions. She is in her second season coaching at Elite and has also help us run clinics and our outdoor academy. We are excited to have her back for another year
Jenna Sweitzer
16 Select
Coach Jenna is a former PA Elite player who is jumping into a coaching role. She is Coach in the Solanco school program and is in her second year with PAelite. She brings great experience and player knowledge and does a great job connecting with the girls. We are excited to have her join us!
Emily Maxwell
15 Regional
Coach Emily played college volleyball at York College of Pennsylvania. She grew up playing at Octorara High School and Lanchester Blast Volleyball Club. Throughout her volleyball career, she has played multiple positions including OH, RS, and DS. Coach Emily does an outstanding job of producing the best out of her players. She really connects with the girls and leads the team to great success. We are thrilled to have her with us!
Lexi Pointek
15 Regional
Coach Lexi graduated from Octorara Area High School where she played volleyball from 7th-12th grade, as well as playing for Lanchester Blast club volleyball. After graduation she went to college at Coastal Carolina University and played for their club and sand volleyball team. She currently is the Head coach for the Octorara Middle School Volleyball team. When she is not coaching volleyball, she enjoys spending time with her kids!
Isa Caszatt
14 National
Isa's love for the game of volleyball and teaching its many life lessons is one of her two passions in life. Though this is her first season with PAelite, it will be her fourth season head coaching competitive travel volleyball. She is currently the Head Middle School Volleyball Coach and Assistant Varsity Volleyball Coach for Linden Hall School For Girls. When she isn't on the court you can find her antiqueing, gardening, and taking long walks with her dog...that is, when she isn't enjoying creating, imagining, or baking with her daughter.
Kate Unger
14 National
Coach Kate is in her first year of coaching at PAelite. She is a former ELITE athlete who played with us for four seasons. She also played 7 years at Solanco and still competes now in outdoor and indoor tournaments. She is currently the head coach of the garden spot middle school team and also helps at clinics and does lessons. We are excited for her to start her coaching journey with us!
Chelsea Ressler

Coach Chelsea is in her second year with PAelite and is currently coaching the Solanco middle school program. She brings a great energy and spirit to our youth athletes!
Marissa Robinson
14 Regional
Coach Marissa is also in her second year with PAelite and are currently coaching the Solanco middle school program. She brings a great mentality and we are excited to see her grow as a coach here!
Coach Greg
13 National/Developmental
Coach Greg joins us for his third year with PAelite. He is extremely hardworking and has such a passion for the game of volleyball. In his spare time, he likess to play even more volleyball with his wife, Tracy, and 2 daughters. We are so thankful to have the Helm family on our staff!
Sam Miller
13 National/Developmental
Coach Sam is in her 2nd year as a PA Elite Coach. Coach Sam played volleyball at Millersville University and has recently branched into coaching. She is a great positive energy and we are excited to have her on board!
Mallory Yeingst
Developmental/15 National
This is Coach Mallory’s first year as a PA Elite Coach and she is extremely excited to join the team. Mallory is a Coach for the Veritas Middle School girls team. Mallory has played competitive volleyball for over 16 years. She was an outside hitter and serving specialist for Susquehanna University where her team made it to the NCAA championships. Mallory enjoys working with young volleyball players who share her enthusiasm for the sport, and helping them to grow their skills.
